    Lost or Damaged Items:

Our responsibility for the shipment ends once it is handed over to USPS for delivery.     Exchange Policy

    At Lion Buttaz, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you encounter an issue with your item, we offer three options to assist you

      • If your item arrives broken, please file a claim directly through USPS to resolve the issue.

    • Broken Item Replacement:

      • Email us a picture of the broken item. You will be required to pay a $10 shipping fee, and we will send you a fresh replacement.
